The 83rd UBC Executive Board meeting will be held in St. Petersburg on 23-26 April 2019.

The meeting is open for all UBC members.

Youth issues, environmental protection, climate change will be inter alia on the agenda of the meeting – how to strengthen cooperation in these fields between UBC/Baltic Sea region and St.Petersburg.
